In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

When registering for an account on mgk888, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. You must update your account information promptly if any details change.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must:

Deposits made using bonuses or promotional credits are subject to the specific terms of the relevant promotion and may have distinct withdrawal conditions.

mgk888 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All such offers are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published with each offer:

• Bonuses are available only to players who have fully completed account registration and, where applicable, identity verification.
• Each bonus offer specifies a wagering requirement — the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, as specified) must be wagered before the associated funds can be withdrawn. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the mgk888 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit:

• Copying, reproducing, or distributing any Platform content without prior written authorisation from mgk888;
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any software component of the Platform;
• Removing or altering any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices on the Platform.

Upon account closure for legitimate misconduct, mgk888 may retain funds in the account pending investigation. Funds not subject to dispute will be returned to the verified source of payment following the conclusion of any investigation.

You may close your own mgk888 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Pending wagers and any applicable withdrawal processing times will be honoured upon account closure at your own request.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable gaming and commercial law.
